The structure and working principle of the gas pressure reducer.

(1) The body of the 813 series pressure reducer is made of brass <HPb59-1>. The structure of two-stage decompression is basically similar to that of single-stage decompression, both of which are composed of valve ejector rod, pressure regulating spring, elastic film device, pressure reducing door and other components. The first-stage decompression system is mainly used to automatically reduce high-pressure gas to medium-pressure gas to a pressure of 2MPa, and then send it to the second-stage decompression system. In the secondary decompression system, when the pressure regulating screw is screwed, the decompression valve can be opened and closed to different degrees through the pressure regulating spring, the elastic film device and the valve ejector rod, so as to adjust the delivery of the first decompression system. The degree of decompression of the incoming oxygen or stop the gas supply.
(2) The thread size of the inlet joint of the 813 type reducer is 23.4mm, the inner hole size of the joint is 7mm, the inner diameter of the outlet joint is 4.8mm, and the maximum flow rate is 40m3/h. The pressure reducer body is also equipped with a high-pressure oxygen gauge and a low-pressure oxygen gauge, which respectively indicate the pressure in the high-pressure gas chamber (ie, the oxygen cylinder) and the pressure in the low-pressure gas chamber (ie, the working pressure). The range of the high pressure oxygen meter is 25MPa. The range of the low pressure oxygen meter is 0-1.6MPa.
When using the 813 type pressure reducer, when the adjusting screw is turned clockwise, the pressure reducing valve can be opened, and the high pressure oxygen will flow into the low pressure chamber from the gap. Due to the expansion of the volume of oxygen in the low pressure chamber, the pressure is reduced, that is, the decompression effect.
(3) The nut thread size of the inlet joint of the 813 type double-stage pressure reducer is G 5/8, the inner diameter of the joint is 7 mm, and the inner diameter of the outlet joint can be selected from 5 mm or 9 mm according to different needs. The range of the high-pressure oxygen meter installed on the body is 0-25MPa, and the range of the low-pressure oxygen meter is 0-1.6MPa.
